Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has launched a N2.15 trillion Initial Public Offer (IPO), offering 4.1 billion ordinary shares at N525 per share. The minimum subscription is 10 shares valued at N5,250. Aliko Dangote, the company's CEO, stated that the offer aims to raise capital for expansion and broaden public ownership. The refinery plans to increase its capacity from 700,000 to 1.4 million barrels per day.
