A 23-year-old man, Mfon Essien, from Ikot Inyang Itak Village in Ikono Local Government Area, has been arrested in Akwa Ibom State. He was taken into custody along Ayah Road, off Uyo Road, Ikot Ekpene, on Sunday, September 6, 2026. The arrest was made in connection with the discovery of a loaded shotgun in his possession.
