At least 11 people were feared killed on Monday after suspected Boko Haram insurgents attacked Zaranga village in Gombi Local Government Area of Adamawa State. A resident reported that the attackers invaded the community in the early hours, shooting residents and setting houses ablaze. Eleven dead bodies have been recovered, with many people still missing. Another resident said his wife and two family members were among those killed.
