The US Department of State has released the list of countries excluded from the Diversity Visa (Green Card Lottery) programme for DV-2026. Nationals from countries with more than 50,000 immigrants to the US in the past five years are ineligible. The list includes Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, and Honduras, among others.
