The Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) has reported that Nigeria's security agencies conducted 7,062 operations in July and August, resulting in the killing of 1,487 terrorists. The ONSA stated that these successful operations highlight an increasingly coordinated and intelligence-driven approach to tackling terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, arms trafficking, and other security threats.
