Aiyedatiwa denies sponsoring APC members to defect to opposition

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has declared a zero-tolerance policy for anti-party activities in the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 general elections. He dismissed allegations that he was sponsoring some APC members and candidates to defect to opposition parties. Aiyedatiwa stated that he had never directed any candidate to contest an election under a different platform.
