Governor Seyi Makinde, the presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), has stated that Nigeria's crude oil must deliver measurable benefits to its citizens. He made this remark at the commissioning of the APM National Campaign Office in Abuja. Makinde called for greater transparency in the management of oil resources.
