The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has expressed concern over the vulnerability of workers in largely unorganised sectors of the economy, calling for deliberate efforts to bring private-school employees, domestic workers, and others into the fold of organised labour. The congress stated that the growing number of workers trapped in precarious employment makes it increasingly urgent to address this issue. The NLC emphasised the need for inclusive labour policies to protect these workers.
