Six Nigerian companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) have secured spots in the FTSE Russell's Frontier 50 Index, effective at the close of the market on Friday, September 18. The companies are Aradel Holding Plc, Dangote Cement Plc, FirstHoldCo Plc, Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) Plc, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, and Zenith Bank Plc. This follows Nigeria's reclassification from 'Unclassified' to 'Frontier Market' in FTSE Russell's index review.
