DMO offers two savings bonds for September subscription

The Debt Management Office (DMO) has announced the offering of two Federal Government savings bonds for September subscription. The bonds include a 2-year FGN Savings Bond due September 16, 2028, with an interest rate of 14.12 percent per annum, and a 3-year FGN Savings Bond due September 16, 2029, at 15.12 percent. The offer closes on September 11, 2026, with a settlement date of September 16, 2026. Interest is payable quarterly, with coupon payment dates on December 16, March 16, June 16, and September 16. The minimum subscription is N5,000, with units sold at N1,000 each, and the maximum subscription is N50,000,000.
