The Sokoto State Transport Authority (SSTA) has launched a fleet renewal initiative with the acquisition of seven new 18-seater Hummer buses valued at over N511 million. The General Manager, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad, disclosed this while briefing journalists in Sokoto. He said the buses were purchased through the authority's Internally Generated Revenue at N73 million each. The initiative aims to strengthen inter-state transportation and improve passenger comfort.
