Jelani Aliyu, former Director-General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), has challenged students of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, to become innovators driving Nigeria's industrial revolution. Speaking at the launch of the 'Create Before You Graduate' programme, he urged students to focus on creating solutions and value rather than just obtaining certificates. Aliyu, a former senior creative designer at General Motors, emphasized the need for confidence, creativity, and determination to build a society integral to global civilisation.
