President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt inaugurated the second edition of the El Alamein International Air Show 2026 at El Alamein International Airport. The event was attended by President Nikos Christodoulides of Cyprus and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of Greece. President El-Sisi held bilateral meetings with both leaders and participated in a tripartite summit under the Trilateral Cooperation Mechanism among Egypt, Greece, and Cyprus, discussing cooperation and regional developments.
