Seychellois poet Tony 'Raspyek' Joubert presented his book 'Verses in Dialogue' to President Dr Patrick Herminie at State House during a courtesy call. The book celebrates 25 years of Raspyek's poetry recitals and 38 years of writing, and is written in Seychelles Creole, French, and English. President Herminie commended Joubert for his dedication to poetry and his contribution to Seychelles' literary and cultural heritage. The President also shared his own passion for writing, referencing his work 'A Path to Utopia', and the exchange highlighted their shared appreciation of poetry as a means of expression and dialogue.
