The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has resolved a technical glitch that briefly disrupted biometric capturing at its Manchester Centre, allowing the Special Intervention Exercise in the United Kingdom to proceed smoothly on its first day. A total of 230 applicants with booked appointments were processed, with 90 at the London Centre and 140 at the Manchester Centre. The NIS acknowledged the patience of applicants and reaffirmed its commitment to a seamless passport application process.
