President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi inaugurated the second edition of the El Alamein International Air Show 2026 at El Alamein International Airport. He also received President Nikos Christodoulides of Cyprus and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who participated in the event. The leaders were expected to hold bilateral meetings and a tripartite summit within the framework of the Trilateral Cooperation Mechanism among Egypt, Greece, and Cyprus. Discussions were set to address cooperation among the three countries and regional and international developments of common interest.
