Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay will miss the UEFA Champions League match against Arsenal after undergoing a successful procedure to correct a heart arrhythmia. The procedure was performed at Spire Manchester Hospital, and Napoli confirmed he will rest for about two weeks before resuming training. McTominay also missed Napoli's Serie A defeat to Inter Milan and is expected to miss upcoming league games against Bologna and Fiorentina.
