Troops from the 27 Task Force Brigade, operating under Sector 2 of Operation HADIN KAI, successfully foiled an ambush by suspected Boko Haram terrorists along the Buni Gari–Buratai axis in Biu Local Government Area of Borno State. The operation was disclosed in a statement by the Acting Military Information Officer. The troops also dismantled terrorist camps in the region, according to the statement.
