APM Terminals has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Government for the development of the proposed Badagry Deep-Seaport. The agreement was reached during a visit by Nigeria's Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, to Denmark, aimed at strengthening maritime cooperation and attracting investment in port infrastructure. The MoU is expected to facilitate the construction of the deep seaport, which is seen as a key project for enhancing Nigeria's maritime capabilities.
