Lamir Umar Ibrahim, Special Advisor on Youths to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, marked his 40th birthday with a medical outreach and cash empowerment programme for vulnerable people in Yelwan Shendam, Plateau State. The event, held on Sunday, included free treatment and medication for over 900 people, with 26 others undergoing surgical procedures. Reverend Ilesha Seri, Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in the area, praised Ibrahim for his kindness and noted he had previously distributed rice to less privileged individuals.
