A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State has provided financial support to 50 women as part of grassroots political mobilisation efforts. The gesture is seen as a move to strengthen party support ahead of the 2027 general elections. The beneficiaries were selected from various communities in the state. The APC chieftain emphasised the importance of women's participation in politics.
