Police in Edo State have arrested 30-year-old Raphael Franklin for the alleged attempted murder of Oligie Prosper, a 45-year-old operative of the Edo State Security Corps. The shooting occurred at Igbonto Community, and the suspect allegedly used a locally made Dane gun before fleeing on a motorcycle. The victim is receiving treatment at Agbor General Hospital in Delta State.
