The All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate have withdrawn their petition challenging the re-election of Ademola Adeleke. The lawyer representing the petitioners announced the withdrawal at the election tribunal on Tuesday. The case was subsequently struck out by the tribunal.
