An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Ayinla, has called on Yorubas to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, urging them to 'support your own'. He stated that political competition should be driven by performance, credible alternatives and sustainable policies rather than attempts to mislead the public or undermine the government through unrealistic promises. The statement comes as part of efforts to mobilise support for the president ahead of the next election cycle.
