The Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) has announced that it is actively monitoring the digital space to ensure compliance with advertising regulations. The Director General, Dr. Lekan Fadolapo, stated this during a media briefing in Lagos. He warned that violators of advertising rules would be prosecuted.
