Mrs Izehi Hannah Agunkejoye, a Nigerian human resources professional, author, social entrepreneur, and gender development strategist, has been named a Highpoint Africa Woman of Impact Award recipient by the Highpoint Africa Women's Network. The award is part of the network's inaugural recognition cohort for August 2026. The Chief Executive of the network, Mrs Onajevwe Akakabota, stated that the award celebrates African women whose work creates pathways for women, girls, and young people to develop skills and contribute to their communities. Agunkejoye was recognized for her initiatives in digital inclusion, girls' leadership, literacy, entrepreneurship, career development, and youth mentorship, including her work with African Girls in Tech, which has equipped over 400 girls with digital skills.
