The Zamfara State Government has initiated a digital transformation of its healthcare system, starting with the digitisation of General Hospital Gusau. This is the first of seven general hospitals slated for automation, with others in Anka, Maru, Kauran Namoda, Maradun, Nasarawa Burkullu, and Yariman Bakura to follow. The initiative is part of Governor Dauda Lawal's Digital Transformation Agenda, which aims to modernise healthcare management and delivery.
