The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) has awarded full scholarships up to university level to the junior Female Yellow Greens cricket team. The team secured qualification for the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup in Japan. The announcement was made by NCF President Dr. Uyi Akpata during a ceremony in Lagos, recognising the team's flawless performance at the African qualifiers in Tanzania.
