The Dangote Petroleum Refinery reported a revenue of approximately N19.47 trillion and a profit after tax of N2.55 trillion in the first half of 2026, according to its IPO prospectus. The refinery plans a $14 billion expansion to double its capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2029. The CEO stated that fuel shortages will extend beyond the Iran war. Meanwhile, Brent crude touched $99.46, the highest since July 24.
