Seychelles and Mauritius convened the 14th Session of their Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation in Balaclava, Mauritius, from September 8, 2026. The three-day meeting brought together senior officials from both countries to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The Seychelles delegation was led by Ambassador Ian Madeleine, while Mauritius was represented by Ambassador K. Jingree on behalf of the Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
