The Western Cape Government has partnered with Nedbank to assist financially distressed homeowners. The initiative has identified 278 households, with 48 applications approved totaling R6,459,895.64. The programme is expected to affect 158 bonds and release title deeds valued at R17,322,189.71, building on a previous collaboration with FNB that resulted in 212 bonds cancelled.
