The Benue State Government has challenged the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to name the aide they alleged blocked Obi from visiting Yelewata community. Chief Press Secretary Tersoo Kula demanded evidence linking the aide to the obstruction. Kula stated that the government was unaware of the incident until pictures surfaced online. He said the government is ready to allow police investigation into the matter.
