The Okpella Traditional Council in Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State has urged residents to embrace peace and disregard what it described as misleading narratives surrounding the Okuokpellagbe traditional stool. The council's spokesman, Chief Hanson Aimofumeh, said the statement was in response to a viral post by Lukman Akemokue, who continues to present himself as the Okuokpellagbe despite pending appeals. Aimofumeh maintained that Mike Sado remains the recognized Okuokpellagbe and enjoys the support of the community.
