Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has expressed confidence in his team's ability to compete in the Champions League, which they return to after a three-year absence. Carrick, who led United to a third-place Premier League finish in his interim spell, described the competition as 'magical' and stated that the team is not there just to enjoy the occasion.
