The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested a woman, Mrs. Beauty Monday, for allegedly pouring boiling water on her neighbour during an argument over a shared compound space in the Lugbe area of Abuja. The suspect was arraigned before a court and remanded at the Suleja Correctional Centre. The victim, Gift Amos, reported the incident on September 6, 2026, stating that the attack occurred on September 4, causing serious burns.
