The Rivers State Police Command has rescued a kidnapped woman named Loveth and arrested a suspected member of the gang responsible for her abduction. The police recovered a vehicle, locally made pistols, ammunition, and other exhibits during an intelligence-led operation. Loveth was abducted on September 2, 2026, from in front of her shop, and the Commissioner of Police had directed operatives to intensify efforts to apprehend the culprits.
