ProvidusUnity Bank has launched the sixth cohort of its SME capacity-building programme, designed to help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses by addressing gaps in structures, systems, and skills. The programme, run in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of Pan-Atlantic University, has expanded beyond Lagos to Abuja and Port Harcourt, with more than 300 SMEs having benefited so far. It combines intensive training, mentorship, networking, and access to funding in a hybrid structure that runs for over three months. The curriculum focuses on areas such as business strategy and operational efficiency, which are critical for the growth of emerging enterprises.
