The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance insurance regulation and compliance in the aviation industry. The agreement was signed in Abuja by NAICOM's Commissioner for Insurance, Olusegun Omosehin, and NCAA's Director-General, Capt. Chris Najomo. The MoU establishes a joint committee to oversee compliance and information sharing, aiming to improve passenger protection and boost investor confidence. Omosehin described the agreement as a major milestone in institutional cooperation between the regulators.
