The directive came during an oversight visit to health facilities in Eastern Uganda on Tuesday. At Iganga General Hospital, MPs found medicines without supporting documentation and discrepancies in stock records, raising concerns about potential theft and diversion. Committee leader Hon. Hope Nakazibwe expressed concern over the findings.
