The United States, through Chargé d'Affaires Hines, has announced a $7 million contribution to Lesotho's health system as part of the Faith and Community Initiative (FCI). The funding, delivered in partnership with World Vision and other faith-based organizations, will allocate $5 million for HIV programming and $2 million for maternal and child health services. The initiative aims to strengthen local health systems and support Lesotho's path toward self-reliance.
