The Osun State Police Command has arrested Taye Kasali for allegedly killing his mother, Mrs. Kudirat Kasali, over a farm dispute. The police in Bode-Osi in Ola-Oluwa local government received a report that the deceased and her son were missing on September 1, 2026. Following an investigation, Taye was arrested on September 7, 2026, and confessed to the crime. He led police to the farm where his mother's body was recovered from a shallow grave, along with the machete used to slit her throat.
