The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested and repatriated a suspected drug kingpin, Festus Ibewuike, from Benin Republic. Ibewuike had been on the run for over two years before his capture. The NDLEA's operation led to his repatriation to face charges.
