The Corporate Accountability and Public Participation Africa (CAPPA) has alerted the Federal and Rivers State governments to another gas explosion in Bille, an island community in Degema Local Government Area of Rivers State. The explosion resulted from a gas leakage. CAPPA is calling for immediate government action.
