The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, received six winners of the maiden NASENI Innovation Assessment and Awards, commending the agency for promoting innovation and commercialization of research outcomes. The competition awarded N140 million in development grants to top three Inter-Agency projects and N22.5 million in cash prizes to top three Intra-Agency winners. NASENI's Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, presented the innovators to the SGF. The initiative aims to recognize and support public servants.
