The dispute involves Jigsimur SA (Pty) Limited, Jigsimur SA Original Pty Limited, and its Nigerian representative, Jigsimur Plus Limited, over competing claims to the trademark, industrial design, packaging, and distribution rights. The panel's ruling on September 2 affirmed Jigsimur SA (Pty) Limited's right to distribute the health drink in Nigeria and restrained Jigsimur Plus from relying on disputed patent rights.
