A court has directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to upload the new logo of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). According to the report, INEC initially uploaded the modified logo but later removed it without communicating any reason to the party, insisting on using the old association logo with which the party was originally registered.
