The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has obtained a court order directing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to upload and use the party's modified digital logo as contained in its constitution. The party's National Leader, Henry Seriake Dickson, disclosed that the judgment was delivered by the Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice J. O. Abdulmalik. According to Dickson, the party submitted its modified logo to INEC after its first National Executive Council meeting, and the commission initially uploaded it before later removing it and reverting to the original logo. The party approached the court after waiting for INEC to resolve the issue.
