2027: Nigerians can donate N1,000, N2,000 to fund our campaign – NDC

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced plans to fund its 2027 campaign through small donations from ordinary Nigerians. The party's national leader, Seriake Dickson, said supporters could contribute as little as N1,000 or N2,000 to reduce the influence of wealthy individuals. Dickson, who represents Bayelsa West in the Senate, described the NDC as the only party not funded by government resources. He made the remarks during an appearance on Arise News' Prime Time on Wednesday.
