Dangote Cement Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of a recent share transaction by one of its insiders. According to a statement filed with the NGX, the company's Head of Treasury, Omode Emmanuel Oladimeji, acquired 986 ordinary shares valued at N996,491.01. The transaction took place on May 4, 2026, and was disclosed as an initial notification of insider dealing in line with Rule 111 of the NGX Rules Governing Director and Insider Dealings. The filing showed the purchase was executed in two tranches.
