The family of slain Kano political commentator Ibrahim Khalil Dan Shagamu has revealed that he repeatedly expressed fears for his life before he was found dead in his home in Gaida, Kumbotso Local Government Area. His sister, Halima, said he had stopped sleeping at his residence because he believed his life was under threat. The circumstances surrounding his death are still under investigation by the police.
